My passion is designing innovative programs for community college students and faculty that promote student success by addressing the changing needs of students entering higher education in a post-pandemic world where time is a scarce resource and customizable experiences are the expected norm. Building skills begins with confidence, so my focus is fostering student success by designing programs, services, and resources that emphasize confidence as the foundation for mastering skills without placing unnecessary additional demands on students’ time. By creating a culture of collaboration across departments and employee classifications all centered on the mission of student success, students thrive through a networked campus community.
